Stunning animation of the molecular machines in cells

This is a great animation of the molecular machines in your cells and the movement of cells in your body. The animation is simplified because if everything were really shown, you wouldn't be able to see what is going on. Cells are not little masses of goo with things sloshing about inside; they are highly organized with protein guideways and little robots to produce, package, and transport materials around the cell. In a few years, it will be much easier to learn cell biology and biochemistry because you will be able to envision what is happening through 3D simulations like this.
