Brushing, flossing, and having a cleaning can reduced risk of heart attack and stroke

When you have gum disease, bacteria are leaking into the bloodstream and causing inflammation throughout the body. This increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. Brushing often, flossing, having an annual cleaning, and eating a diet with high levels of vitamins, particularly vitamin C, will reduce the inflammation at the gums and reduce the risk of more serious complications.
